Bathroom heat lamps – I purchased this KOR 250W R40 bulb. I received Satco bulbs instead. Specs seem identical: 6,000hrs, 250W, CSA listed. Can’t speak on durability yet, new install. I got concerned readings the warnings on the package: “Do not use this lamp in wet or moist environments, or other areas where moisture may accumulate.” I use this as supplemental heat in a 9ft x 9ft bathroom between the shower and bath, in a 500W Infrared Two Bulb Heater with a small fan built-in. So far they saw moisture condensation, not direct water droplets and everything is OK. They will see more use next winter so time will tell.
