Disgustingly Effective – Disclaimer: this is almost four years of buildup so don’t judge, okay? Idk why I didn’t do this earlier. But the photo shows how effective these little guys are. So, so gross! I used the same one for the shower and my sink and it stood up okay, so this pack will last a good long time. I did have to shove it in there like six or seven times, and the little prong parts were pretty beat up by the end of it. But my hair mostly was pulled out! And I’ve got long, thick Asian hair that’s basically like floss, so these things have got to be fairly strong. Tip: use sturdy gloves and plug your nose! It might take a few runs but be patient and this does work. I’m following up with two cups of draino and letting it set overnight so hopefully won’t have to do this again for another year or so. Good purchase, def worth the money! Don’t wait as long as I did, lol. The shower water would get up to my mid-shin and take like two hours to drain by the time I finally did this. Moral of the story: don’t be as gross as me, haha.

Good for quick clogs – We used these to unclog our shower drains when we moved into our house. There was 30 years worth of hair backing up the drains and these pulled it right out.

Mini-Ducky Retrieval Tool – Toddlers teeny tiny (drain sized) ducky, who wasn’t supposed to be in the bath, was snuck in…and subsequently got sucked right down the drain, almost completely blocking its flow. The bathtub drain almost immediately makes a hard 90° turn, making any retrieval efforts pointless. This gadget was able to make the turn, grab said errant Mr. Baby Duck, and unclog the drain…finally!!! Definitely served its purpose, saved me a plumber’s bill, and I’m sure will be used for normal-clogs in the future, as well as future adventuring toys

AMAZING – Oh my goodness! i was really hesitant about these because i have long hair and my drain clogs really easily with lots of hair, so i was doubtful this would really unclog it but i was desperate and figured why not give it a shot. Boy was i wrong. I put it in and within three spikes deep it already got the hair out. I pushed all the way down and it brought up a HUGE hair clog. Now my shower drain runs perfectly. Super easy, minimal mess. Cant say enough good things!

Worth Buying – I didn’t have money for a plumber, so I tried this. You would be surprised how much hair can easily clog up sink. It’s easy to use, just be careful because it can get stuck a little and rip off the pieces that the hair holds onto. Worth every penny and I saved much for it.

Still would recommend purchasing if you need help clearing a clogged drain. I have only tried the simple orange tool. I have not attempted to use the metal tool so I cannot speak on its efficacy.
