Wish it had a dust filter – It’s great but I’ve had other P100 filters that came with dust covers you could put inside the filter. I’ll buy those next time.

Worked just as described – We go through multiple of these each year. Easy to remove and replace with the new ones. I recommend taking a marker and writing the date you install to have a timeframe of when to replace.

works for lead fumes – I’m using a heat gun to strip lead paint off of old window sashes, and these filters seem to filter out the fumes 100%. I don’t necessarily recommend that anyone strip lead paint with a heat gun, but if you’re going to do it, these are the filters you’ll want to use. They do a good job of filtering for quite some time. Good value.

A “Must Have” for Every DIYer – I’ve been using these cartridges for my 3M respirator for several years. They work great. Air flows through them easily and you know how well they work the second you remove your mask and smell what they kept from being inhaled into your lungs (and bloodstream) during your work on a project.

Last pretty long for household use – Forgot to put it in a zip lock bag after use and left out in the open for several weeks. Still work against bleach smell in tight, poorly ventilated areas. Don’t forget to protect your eyes as well. These only cover your lungs.
