Easiest fix for rooms not getting enough AC – These are the only good solution I’ve found for rooms in my house that don’t get enough AC air during the summer (top-rooms, AC in the basement). As with most newer homes, my single AC unit is in the basement, and the upstairs rooms never got enough cold air, while the basement was freezing. After installing these, I would say that the upstairs rooms are almost as comfortable as the main floor.

helps keep your house cold in hot summers – I am sending it back because I was hoping it would help with heat rather than the ac. My house is cold in the summer no matter what. I have central air and only turn it on if the humidity is high inside, otherwise I use my ceiling fans, slightly close the blinds up to keep the sun out and my house stays cool.. But I have a lot of shade too, so that might be some of it.

works as desctibed – Bought 2. one for each large upstairs bedrooms. The temperature with the fans on 8 is 2-3 degrees warmer now than previously. They seem to work quite well.

Excellent for pulling airflow – These work excellent. We have a long house with the furnace at one end and our living room at the complete other end. The heat struggles to make it all the way to the living room so that room is cold in the winter and other rooms tend to be hot. These vents pull the heat nicely through the ductwork away from the warmer rooms and into the living room, keeping the living room much warmer.

This thing does a great job. – I am not a person who often writes reviews, but I had to write something about this product. We live in a small home with two bedrooms on the second floor of a cape cod style home. When we moved in we installed geothermal heating and air conditioning which is the best investment we ever made. Prior to installing geothermal we had our entire home evaluated for and installed insulation. The problem we have experienced is the upstairs bedrooms are the farthest run for geothermal and due to limited space between the sloped ceiling internal sheet rock and the roof surface the amount of insulation that can be installed is limited. Thus, on a hot sunny day the bedroom gets quite warm often reaching the mid 80’s.

You want these for your upstairs bedrooms – Really easy to install and the fan is quiet, it provides a nice white noise while you sleep.

It works – I use it for a room located above the garage. It’s usually colder than other rooms during winter nights. This device helps in raising this room temperature by 2 to 3 degrees. Which is exactly what we need

Helped with a cold room – My daughter’s room was always a little too cold compared to the rest of the house. We had a different booster we got at a store that sat on to and it seemed to block about as much air as it boosted and was easy for someone to knock out of place. This device helped a lot with the problem. It might do even better if we turn the fan to max, but that’s too loud and she would probably hear it over the sound machine in her room
