Not to bad – The bad: So this item is priced perfectly for the quality. I’m not saying it’s bad quality but it’s a bit cheaper quality then what I was expecting but works just fine. Also there’s an unnecessary piece that’s supposed to “lock” the diverter but instantly breaks if you slightly overnighten it, plus it’s quite unnecessary in the first place as you really don’t even need it.

Great shower head but hose only lasted 2 years – Love this shower head and it was easy to install and lightweight. Every now and again, I have to scrub the shower heads to loosen water deposits and then it flows like new again. Problem is that the long hose starting rusting a couple months ago and didn’t think much about it except for cleaning the tiles. Now, it has rusted through and can’t find a replacement hose so have to buy a whole new shower head. I wish the seller would mention if a replacement hose is available or a heads up where I could buy one.

My only complaint is the hose was shorter then my previous one but I just swapped out the hose. Honestly the hose that it comes with is ok but I need that extra reach to wash my puo

Amazing water pressure and great quality – We originally had an expensive name-brand shower head and the water pressure was so low, then it quickly clogged most of the outlets, so we never experienced a full shower head. THIS one exceeded our expectations!! The water pressure is strong on both the main shower and the hand-held one. And it looks just as nice as the expensive brands in the stores. Would definitely recommend!!!

The seat for the handheld head is an absolute joke though, seems like they were not made for each other as the handle fits in it very loosely and clumsily. Bought 2 because they are that good! – I replaced the shower head in my walk-in shower and loved it so much I immediately ordered a second one for my guest bath which is a shower/tub combo. It has great water pressure and I love the option to use the handheld shower head. It’s useful for rinsing off shower walls and for washing our dogs. I highly recommend!
