Fasting sugar from 300+ to 94 in 1 month – I tested my fasting blood sugar on July 10th and it was a terrible 353. I thought my accucheck was malfunctioning and took multiple readings only to fi d out that I was 300+. I freaked out and had my labs done and guess what, the A1c was super high and had ketones in my urine. I have a family history of type 2, Infact diabetes killed some of my family members.

It works great as an option for replacing metformin – I have been insulin resistent, since I can remember. Thank god I have managed to keep my values down with the metformin, but after a while of doing some research found out that metformin is not the best of options long term speaking, so I was looking for a more natural medication that could help me keep my blood sugar in normal values. came across this one, and I have to say it has been very good it does it’s work. As a suggestion don’t mix it up with metformin or consult with your doctor prior to. I did it a couple times to try it out and it dropped my levels too low, so now I either take metformin or this but never mix them together.
