The cord is thick and does not twist around like some sets I’ve bought over the years, which means the lights hang evenly once the string is attached to supports. The globes around the lights themselves are made of a durable plastic that does not shatter when the cord is dropped. And they work perfectly with the Kasa smart plug dimmer.
