Standard cheap doorknob but faceplate is not one size fits all I guess. – Its a pretty standard doorknob nothing special I don’t like how the inside lock is small and feels kind of loose and flimsy but it does work fine. I did run into an issue though with the faceplate. The faceplate that came with it was to big for my door even though the previous knob was also rectangular and unfortunately the previous knob faceplate was attached to the locking mechanism so it couldn’t be reused. I tried to just go ahead and use the one that came with it anyway but it wasn’t flush and that made it so you had to turn the knob before closing the door and press slightly hard for the door to actually close. It also made the knob hard to turn and the lock unreliable. After a few minutes of panicking and thinking I would have to return it I had the bright idea to just not use the faceplate which ended with me locking myself in my room when testing if it would close smoothly because I didn’t install the door knob. After another few minutes of panicking I stuck the door knob in and turned the lock and it worked. I then actually installed the doorknobs and everything worked fine and smooth though I still wish the faceplate fit.

Easy Installation – I live with a roommate and the locks on my door where easy to open and boundaries needed to be set I was looking for a lock that would be easy to install and would come with keys to lock my bedroom and my sons bedroom, I got both door knobs installed in less than 30 minutes it was a perfect a match and keys work perfectly, if you have a standard door knob and are looking for that extra privacy this are great and they look amazing.

Glad I got – This doorhandle is like a normal doorhandle the one that came on my door when I got my new double wide had a set screw on the knob on the outside of it which fell out somewhere so everytime you tried to pull the door shut the knob pulled off I have never ever seen a doorknob with a set screw on the outside I have one more to replace on the back door and the garbage door knobs are gone and replaced by these new ones…
