Basic Blender gets the job done – This is a basic blender that does what it’s supposed to do. My only knock on it is the plastic container feels a little flimsy compared to a sturdy glass container. But you get what you pay for and I wanted a low priced blender. I recommend it but not enthusiastically. It is what it is… Good enough.

Basic Blender gets the job done – This is a basic blender that does what it’s supposed to do. My only knock on it is the plastic container feels a little flimsy compared to a sturdy glass container. Plastic pitcher – Not bad. I don’t like that the pitcher is plastic, but it only loses one star for that because my old Black and Decker pitcher fits in the new base. I don’t know what model the old one is, I got it from a thrift store. But it’s a heavy glass pitcher and, using the new base, works fine with this blender. (the old blender stopped working because its motor died while blending something hot). The new style blades seem like an improvement.

Light duty blender-good price – Smoothie making, milk shake use. A lot of ice grinding will bend blades quickly, but for lighter use it works fine. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and this does the job.
