Great fit for a small head – I’m a woman with a very small head and always have trouble finding head gear (hats, eyeglasses) that fits. This fits perfectly and will be a great help when I go camping. This one has a more focused white light than the other one I bought. However, both are severely lacking in the red light department. I made sure I got one with red light so I could maintain my night vision and also help keep bugs away. However, the red light is so dim and lacks enough cast to make it usable. I have to stare at my feet and can’t see anything beyond them.

First: I was a bit concerned about “comfort” since it appeared to not have any type of “padding” for the forehead; which indeed it does not, (Just in case I have some spare “rubber” padding in case I needed it, but I did not) as it turns out, it is NOT an issue. This headlamp is indeed Very comfortable to wear. Second, one review commented about the “Head-strap” not being attached and separate in the packaging, but the attachment of the head-strap was a “no-brainer”, easy and quick.
