Low Cost Heavy Duty Outdoor Timer – High quality, weatherproof, and economical. Needed to further regulate my lake deicer with timing in addition to outdoor temperature. The unit has a heavy duty plug, enclosed timing mechanism, and two outlets with rubber watertight covers. This low cost solution has individual buttons for each 15 minute period on/off cycle every 24 hours. I set it for one 15 minute period every two hours and plugged in my thermostat and deicer. Saving electricity while better limiting the deicing effect to my dock and boat lift area. No brainer purchase!

Pleasantly surprised – Honestly, I am pleasantly surprised it. I saw this product and read the reviews so I just decided to give it a try. We wanted a product that was not part of an app or controlled online. We use it outside for Christmas lights. It works great. The dial notches are set at 15 minute increments. I cannot attest to the weatherproofing as our outlet is under an awning so there’s no water that gets in there. We no longer have to go outside and turn on and off our lights. We actually bought another one so we can use it for another area of our house and then once the holidays are over we can use it inside the house.

huge improvement over the light sensor timer. – I purchased two of these to replace the outdoor timers I had in my front and backyard that became very unreliable. I could only get the original ones to turn on if I turn the manually to on. I think it was because they were in a too shaded location these push pin type timers are full proof and weatherproof. I love them, and would highly recommend them! Super easy to program.

Works fine and easy set-up – Working like a charm! The timer goes on and off as it’s supposed to. It was a little confusing at the start because I didn’t notice the little grey time segments on the dial. They looked like 1 straight piece of plastic till I pushed on the moveable little grey segments. I looked at my watch, figured the dark part of the dial

Mechanical beats electronic timers – After challenging programming and poor performance of electronic timers, I bought this mechanical timer for my pool pump. SIMPLE IS BEST unless you need a complex timing schedule. So simple to program and so OBVIOUSLY dependable because of its simplicity. Even if there is a short power loss, it will resume when the power is back up and only be off by the length of the outage. No total loss of programming. If there is power, the timer wheel turns and everything else is totally mechanical. SO EASY. TOTAL CONFIDENCE. Sometimes “low-tech” is so much better than bells and whistles that are subject to glitches. SO PLEASED!
