Costumer Service support was very willing to help – One of the remotes I had bought was malfunctioning shortly after I set everything up, it would work as intended but was sucking up the charge out of my batteries extremely quickly (a matter of days) whereas the other remote I received is still using the same 1st battery I put in it months ago. I contacted the costumer service team and they immediately sent me another remote free of charge and told me to throw the defective one away, they also sent me an easy to follow guide to tether my new remote to the wall socket devices I already had. Good experience and I’d recommend this to anyone interested in these kinds of products.

Love it – I love these! I’ve tried the ones compatible with Alexa but I could never get them to work. My sister has these so I thought, what the heck, I’ll give them a try. These are easy to use and install – Our daughter told us about these and it is so easy to turn on or off the lights in any room that has these outlets.
