So convenient! – I LOVE the remote control. I’ve always hated going outside at night to shut the Christmas lights off. This is just a click and you are done. It even comes with the battery! Also the inlets are spaced far enough apart that you can plug in multiple big transformer plugs that come on Christmas lights. I’m very happy with my purchase

Multiple settings are as simple as pushing a button to have the lights on from dusk to dawn or from dusk to 2, 4, or 6 hours. Perfect-amundo – One of my light timers burnt out this year so, picked this one to replace it. I liked the idea of 3 outlets on one since, my current only had 2. I purchased two of the timers in hopes they work as well as reviewed. Oh boy yeah! I have one in the front of my house and in the back. It has already down poured 3 times since I installed the timers and no issues. Even with the front timer being rather close to the ground. I’ve tried the on/off which works great. I actually had fun walking all around my house to see how far it went. I read bad things regarding the dusk-dawn setting. Tried and worked fine. The front lights came on first by only 5 minutes more. But, by 4:35pm (sunset is about 4:15pm) all lights were on. They were off by the time I looked outside in the morning at 7:10am (sunrise was 7am). Both timers came with a small remote that included one battery. Haven’t tried the other settings but, works great and highly recommended.

How to easily fix light sensor! – Like others I discovered that the light sensor will not turn the lights on until it is completely dark outside. I easily fixed this by putting a piece of electrical tape over part of the sensor. I covered around 3/4s of it. Everything else is fine.

I even bought an Alexa smart plug and I think this timer is easier to set up than that. I’m not too tech savvy and trying to set up Alexa was even more frustrating. With this timer just set it and forget it! Plugged it in, used the remote to set time to dusk 6 hours and that’s it! And it has 3 outlets that all work together. Now back fence, front fence and ground lights all go on and off at the time time. Amazing!
