Definitely a strong bond!!! – I wanted to hang Christmas lights on my back metal patio cover, but didn’t want to drill holes in it. I decided to try these sticky clips. I put the clips up in less than 15 mins. And the string lights clipped in very easily. It even holds the thickness of an outside extension cord. They are weatherproof – It started raining about an hour after I put them up and when I got up this morning they were still holding (see picture). I’m very happy with these clips and will probably buy more for other projects.
