Bad instuctions – Was having a very difficult time programing these. My learn button is orange which means You must push the remote button three times before it will mate with the opener. Finally gave up and tried the purple instructions, two pushes, and it worked. If You are having trouble programing try instructions for a different color.

No instructions came with transmitters – At first had to go on line to find instructions on how to set up. No instructions came with remotes. Nothing worked at first. Went to door motor manual and discovered we had to delete previous codes all ready in use. There was a 4 code limit on motor. After doing this research after a couple of days we got the remote to work. It is working fine, now. The main problem was finding all the important instructions to set it up with.

If button 1 doesn’t program try button 2 or 3 – I was having a trouble getting my remotes programmed and then referred to their troubleshooting page in the instructions. They suggested trying to program a different button on the remote. That indeed did solve my issue. Other than that, programming went as instructed and both of my new remotes work perfectly! Great product!

worked great with my liftmaster garage door opener – I got a great deal on these garage door remotes. They came with instructions that were easy to follow. Just becareful to read the instructions first before trying to pair the remotes. I accidentally held the pairing button on my garage door opener for too long and it cleared ALL of my garage door remotes out of the list of paired remotes. Not too big of a deal though. I was able to pair all 7 remotes and the keypad again in just a few minutes. After a few months these remotes are still working without any problems.
