Great for mowing – These goggles are advertised as safety glasses for a workshop, but I purchased these goggles because I would get headaches from wearing sunglasses and headphones during hours of mowing. Wearing headphones with sunglasses cause the frames of regular sunglasses to not only dig into the side of my head, but also prevent the headphones from properly sitting on my ears. The poor seal created by regular sunglasses allows me to still clearly hear the mower. Although these goggles make me look like a bug and are so big they sit on the tip of my nose, I enjoy them for several reasons. They are comfortable to wear with headphones, they effectively block out the sun, they do an EXTREAMLY good job at keeping the grass clippings from my eyes, and although they reach the tip of my nose, it helps prevent my nose from getting sunburn. While mowing, these goggles do a good job at not fogging up on me. HOWEVER, I have noticed that if I stop moving on the mower for a bit, they do have the tendency of fogging up. The fog does quickly clear away as soon as I start moving on the mower again.

Fit kind of weird, but still relatively comfortable – Kind of don’t fit that great, don’t sit perfectly flat against face, like the rigidity of the curve of the lens makes them bow outwards, not bend, and not sit flush. I wear these with and without a 3M respirator, generally when grinding fiberglass.

Best googles ever – I maintain our city parks around town and was so sick of getting paint or grass and dirt or chemicals in my eyes so I decided to be the dork that wore goggles while working. Man did these save my eyes from every chemical, environmental element , and flying rock that you could think of. I absolutely love these goggles I was so excited for projects so I could wear them turns out some of the other people I worked with were just as excited as I was about these awesome goggles because after I got put on leave for an arm injury they were never to be see again. Maybe I’ll snag them again in the future but until then I just wanted to brag about how awesome they were because if everyone stealing them doesn’t make you want to buy them I don’t know what will.

Affordable dry eye solution – I have autoimmune disease that causes severe dry eyes so I’m using these in a non-conventional way. These are my cheaper alternative to moisture chamber glasses. I tried on the smallest version of Ziena and still had gaps around. I could deal with the bottom having a gap but the top meant dust and air would still easily get around my eyes. I just couldn’t stomach $200+ with no guarantee they would work.
