Useful little thermometer/ hygrometer – I bought this because I wasn’t sure if my digital thermostat was accurate. Also, I am having a problem with the house being too dry. This thermometer/ hygrometer is easy to use, and I feel confident it is accurate.

Magnet fell out – I like this product. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but then I was happy with that. I have moved it around and have carried it with me. Unfortunately the very good magnet which I found useful fell out somewhere and it is an unusual size so I cannot replace it. I wish I had superglued the magnet in but how would I know it would fall out so easily. If you want it I would say get it but superglue the magnet in place right away.

Once air motion is encountered, humidity especially, changes are not consistent with thermostat. Humidity is off by as much as 10% and temperature is off by as much as 4 degrees. Meets my needs of ensuring rooms are balanced for temperature.

All you do is pull the battery tab out to turn it on and press the button for Celsius or Fahrenheit and it’s off and running. It is pretty small so unless you know where it is you won’t even notice it. For such a small simple device I wouldn’t think it would cost $8 but it’s perfect so guess it’s fine.
