      Put them in all My shoes! – I have been wearing these Dr. Scholl’s inserts for years! I put a pair in every closed pair of shoes, even if they are cushioned. It helps with plantar fasciitis, knee, and back ache.

      Good for the price – It’s soft and comfortable. I would have given a 5 star if the insole can stay in place. Throughout the day, I have to adjust the insole by sliding it back. It also has a little unpleasant smell, hopefully it will go away over time.

      Helped make my doc martens comfy! – I bought these to make my Doc Martens comfier. While they are comfier I’m still experiencing pain in my arch. Overall I’m happy with them because they allow me to wear my docs for a full 8 hour day of work. Worth the price!

      Great for arch support, not so much for ball of foot – My high heeled boots were in need of support, so I went ahead and bought these. The size of this would be most comfortable if you were to wear anything lower than a W6.5, as they do run small. They have very little support for the ball of foot, but by god the arch support is great! If you however have really high arched feet, this might not be enough support. Also note the ball of your foot may not have much support. Despite the lack of ball support, these made the arches of my feet feel so much better!
