Works well, easy to use. – I’ve owned this drain auger for 7 months now and have used it about half a dozen times on various drains. On sink and shower drains it did a great job maneuving through tight bends and clearing the clogs. I used it both with the manual crank and with the power drill attached.

Cost effective and efficient – Very nice for the money.

Tough on clogs and easy to use – This tool was easy to set up and once you read the directions easy to use. It takes a moment to get it started but it cleans out the drains well and is easy to clean. The kit comes with gloves to keep your hands from getting dirty, a nice addition. It was just as easy to retract back as it was to push forward. Definitely a good option to try before calling a plumber for a small drain clog.

Glad I Read Reviews – Worked very well in my deeply clogged kitchen sink. The reviews were full of great info including the facts that

Cheaper than a plumber – I am both happy and disappointed with this product. I mean, for a one time use it is fantastic. It definitely got the issues out of my drain and cleared it up. Drain runs like a dream after what I pulled out of it.

Simple to use with little to no experience but seems like cheap metal material. – I believe this is a solid 4 star product. I have PVC pipe in my home and everything was redone very weirdly with the pipe structure. I followed the instructions on the paper and once I hit a spot I thought was clogged, I turned the part to lock the snake into place and started my drill to spin the snake. I did end up bending the snake piece like I saw in other reviews BUT I believe this is why everyone is disappointed even though I agree it seems like cheap material. I had no idea I was on a corner piece of pipe and the top end of the snake caught that part causing the piece near me to bend very easily when turning. I found out when retracting it and trying again the corner pipe and what I was going up was the top part of what I’m going to call the air flow pipe. I tried again but started near the top of the air flow pipe and found where my water drains, got stuck, confirmed it was stuck, worked around the bent part, locked it into place, and used my drill. Immediately my tub started draining. I went even further after it started to see if there was extra debris and I found more and got it unclogged. It drains better than when we bought the home 2 years ago. I believe as long as you (and I) follow the pipe and understand what we are doing, this product will work more than once or twice.

Solved my problem! – This product was easy to use, and with the flexible tip I could make it past the trap. I haven’t had to hook up to my drill yet, I just used it manually. Ran it down drain 3x & pulled up gunk every time. Pretty inexpensive compared to a plumber & I can say I fixed it myself! Try it for yourself & see.
