      There is no loss of suction. – I was very pleased with the complete product. I feel that it is just as good as the filter that came with the vacuum.

      A good shop vac replacement – Perfectly fit my 15 year old 5 gallon shop vac. The old filter got wet and mildewed. This replacement has it good as new and back to normal suction. Seems to be the same dimensions as the expensive shop vac one is, but you only get the filter, so keep the filter cap.

      Superb filters! – These replaced the original circular filters perfectly. The originals had a paper like core that over time could not be well cleaned and degraded the suction power of my Shop Vac. Trying to wash the originals only deformed them and lowered efficiency further. The core of these new filters is a very washable and durable material that cleans up like new. Tap out the big debris then spray with a garden hose nozzle. I feel these new ones also allow for more suction power than the originals. I highly recommend.
