      About Gave Me a Heart Attack! – Bought this Detector to replace an older one that I had for some years. Put the battery in and sat it down to read the install instructions and it started to chirp! I got suspicious when it even chirped outside, so I replaced the 9 volt battery that was sent with it. Nice and quiet now and I don’t have to call the Fire Department. I would advise everyone to have a couple Carbon Monoxide detectors in their home, protect your family (just make sure you have some good batteries to put in them).

Nice loud alarm there’s definitely no way I’d sleep through it, worth every penny!
