Wonderful product! – This is the almost the most used item in my kitchen! So easy to chop small vegetables for just 1 or 2 people. Easy cleanup & only 3 pieces. Couldn’t be happier! Accurate delivery date.

Does it’s job – Does what it’s designed to do can definitely tell the quality of materials is low when chopping dense food the blades pop off the rod so you have to open it up and re attach it. But for the cost would by again use it multiple times a week.

BLADE IS NOT AS SHARP – Initially I had a hard time taking the clear cylinder off and then an equally hard time putting it back on. I think it will get easier with more use. Pampered Chef has a better product as far as cutting but I’ve already replaced it three times because the plastic mechanism keeps breaking so I thought I would try Fullstar. Fullstar’s chopper is much more durable except for the blade that seems flimsy and not that sharp. It does not do as good job in cutting as Pampered Chef. If they would fix the blade I would buy it again – otherwise, I may go back to Pampered Chef. When I wrote to Fullstar advising them that I couldn’t get the clear cylinder off they were fantastic, responded very quickly & offered a replacement or a full refund. I was finally able to get the cylinder off and did not take a replacement or refund. Great customer service!
