Amazon sent me an empty used grout pen in a poly bag – The first time I bought this it was good and effective in covering grout stains. Second time not so much. Amazon sent what was obviously a return that they didn’t check before sending it out again to me in a poly bag; not even in the blister pack. No paint left and the tip smashed. It’s being returned and hope no one else gets it in their next order. So annoyed. Hope the replacement is in better shape

Fairly easy to use – This was my first time using a grout pen. It worked as intended. You can definitely see the difference from before. It took me a second to get the hang of using the pen, as far as shaking it, dabbing it, and then gliding it. I’m an impatient person. I wore through the tip pretty easily. The seller was kind enough to send me replacement tips for no extra charge with a reminder of how to best use the product. From there, it was smooth sailing. I do wish that flow of “ink” was more consistent; there’d be times when it would flow like an uncontrollable river and then other times where I had to dab and press to get the smallest amount out. In those moments, I thought the pen was dry…until the uncontrollable river would yet again flow. I guess i’m saying that it’s hard to know when the pen is actually dry. To grout seal my master bath floor, shower, upstairs bath floor, and laundry room, I ended up buying 4-5 of these pens. It adds up, but there’s not much you can do about it. And it’s a good product. It did what I wanted it to do. I bought one last pen to have for touchups.

Only one time use – Worked great to make my front entry tiles looks brand new. Only issue I had was that the end of the marker got really soft really fast. Because grout is pretty rough the end of the marker got soft and flimsy pretty quickly making it hard to make straight lines and hard to get the grout to coat well. Otherwise was a great product overall.

Restored the nice white look of grout – I used this on some soap stained and discolored grout. I first cleaned the surfaces with a commercial ceramic tile spray. The grout pen was easy to use and brought the white grout to like new. When finished I pulled out the little felt tip and washed in clear water, then reinserted and capped.. When I used the pen it again several days later it continued to work very well. Love this simple way of bringing bathroom grout back to like new!

These pens really work – We have an older home, over 70 years old, with lots of tile work. Much of the grout, particularly the floors, though sound, is discolored. We have found these pens to be a simple and economical way to bring the grout lines back to an attractive state. It takes a bit of doing to get used to using them well, but once you do, it goes very fast. The results are wonderful. We have repurchased pens several times and are very happy with the result. We have been using them long enough to know that the result is long lasting and stands up just find to use and to cleaning. We are extremely happy with the economy, ease of use, and beautiful results of these pens.
