Very helpful! – I had to have both my hips replaced and prior to surgery the lower toilet seats were very uncomfortable and hard to get to. This toilet seat offers stability. It was very to install and super easy to clean.

Easy to use and good height – I have been using this while recovering from back surgery. It is a great height to where I do not have to squat down too low. It is very easily installed as you just set it directly on the bowl of the toilet and it does not move around. It can be taken off and put back on without having to worry about screws and all that mess, which is a plus since my daughter who is potty training needs to use her own seat. The only downside is that there are no attached handles to assist with standing up, but that was clear when it was purchased.

Not what I was expecting, but okay – I guess I didn’t read the description well (whoops), but I thought this was going to be a padded seat. It’s not. It’s hard plastic. With that said, it’s very easy to get off the toilet since you don’t sink down. It’s more comfortable than the original toilet seat, and it’s easy to clean. My fault for not paying attention, but I’ll continue to use it for now.

Easy Peasy – I wasn’t sure about the pads that were in the description, whether or not they used an adhesive or not. There is no adhesive, and I think the pads are there to prevent any movement. More along those lines is the plastic that extends down about an inch or two into the round bowl. This prevents any movement of the seat. I did not have to remove the wooden seat, just raised it out the way and raised seat fits without any problem. As far as any potential instability, a user would have to use the seat in a creative manner that a seating surface was not designed for to cause a problem. Easy, peasy, just put the seat on the bowl and it is ready to use.
