UPDATE 01/18/20 – Very Highly Recommended – Fantastic HEPA Air Filter at a Bargain Basement price. – *UPDATE 01/18/2020* After almost 4 years of continuing use of my Honeywell Hepa Air Purifiers they are still going strong! I now have 3 of these amazing machines, having replaced all three of my round Honeywell air filters. With regular maintenance and filter changes these air purifiers still do an excellent job of filtering the air in my home. I still have two cats in my home and my asthma has gotten a bit worse with age, but these Honeywell Hepa Air Filters still do an incredible job! The replacement filters are reasonably priced and the machines still maintain a virtually silent operation in the lowest setting. To sum up, 4 years later I am still very pleased with my purchase. I’ve owned an HPA300 for 5 years and just added a pair of HPA100 for the smaller areas – I first bought the HPA300 back when Western Washington had major wildfire smoke. It helped a lot. It also cuts down on critter smells, dust in-general, helps fix when I accidentally set the smoke alarm off, and so on. I just added a pair of HPA100s for the smaller rooms instead of carrying the 300 all over the place.

Arrived just in time! – This unit has eliminated several annoying odors. The smell of cooked sausage, a vintage bathroom that smells like a pita potty, (we are preparing to renovate) and the smell of fresh paint in a small unventilated second bathroom. I took a small rug and gave it a slight shake in the vicinity of the unit. The sunlight was streaming in so we could clearly see the fine dust particles in the air. They were all being drawn toward the unit and within just a few minutes the air was clear again. I do move the unit from room to room and set to turbo to clear the room quickly especially if I’m cleaning in that room. The turbo setting is louder but for heaven’s sake the unit is moving a lot of air so what can one expect??? The low setting is very quiet however for regular use. Now that we are going to renovate this bathroom I’m very happy to have this little unit to assist with the collection of dust that is sure to accompany this endeavor! Would recommend with no reservations.
