The loss of one star is to the company that makes it, not the seller or the product. – I haven’t even used this yet… I just brought it in from the front door and opened it. My review being done this soon is because when I started read the instructions so I could use it, there were no instructions. Here’s what there is instead. On the outside of the product box are the instructions for using the rinse cups… that’s great. On the outside of the product box it says the instructions for using the descaling solution are on the bottle, which is inside the box. The bottle is inside the box, alright…. but there are no instructions for use on it… none, zero, zip, nada. So I came here to the site and sure enough Amazon and the seller came through… the instructions are here. I’m lucky this is where I bought it… if it had been in a brick and mortar store, I’d be out of luck.

Overall good, but rinse way more than it says online! – No instructions on bottle even though box says to see bottle for instructions. I found them online…Easy to use, but after doing the cleaning, it says to rinse through a number of times…I did a couple more whole reservoirs than that and it still had somewhat of a different taste. I rinsed plain water through another three whole reservoirs full and it was fine. I will know to do that next time too.

Clean your machine! – Shute you should clean your Kuerig and this product works well however I feel it’s priced high. I never knew it cost that much to maintain the coffee maker. Kind of like buying a lower cost printer and pay a high price for the ink. To me Kurig saw the advantage and took hold of this same idea.

Worked well – Descaling seemed intimidating but I knew I wanted to keep my Keurig operating well and maximizing flavor. It was so easy and took no time. The cleaning pods come in handy.

A little pricey if you have to descale often. – I have filtered water so I don’t use as often as the pot signals me to and happy for that because I feel it’s quite a bit more pricey then just using vinegar and water like in a regular coffee pot.
