Good looking, simple, easy to use – This is a great, easy-to-install digital lock that is simple and looks great. I wasn’t looking for anything too high-tech, just needed something for the family to use on garage door since we are always misplacing the keys. This one fits the bill. Thankfully it was easier than expected. Took me about a half hour to get this up and running, and that’s just because we had to read adjust the openings on the side by half a centimeter for smoother locking. Installed this at night, too. Love the look of it, the nickel matches with the rest of the door perfectly. As mentioned, the highlight of this item is simplicity, didn’t want anything complicated or something that connected to wifi or included fingerprint scans…just an easy PIN lock with auto-lock function. It’s been great for that. All we set up was a simple 4-digit code and we’re set. There are other features beyond auto-lock that I haven’t programmed yet, but I’m sure they will come in handy. I Am so impressed I got another lock for the back door, yay to not having to carry key any more.

Love this lock! – I don’t write reviews. But I’ve always used this type of lock which I normally get at Lowe’s. I have paid $120-$125 in the past. Found this on a hot deal for $39 so when I checked out it only cost me $32. My husband is not real tech savvy but he was able to put this on by following the instructions without any problems!! We struggled first on unlocking the keypad because we didn’t flip the last page so when we started using the lock we kept putting the equals in front. So we kept undoing our code. After I looked at the book again I see how you have to unlock and lock it. It was our fault for not flipping to the last page and reading the sequence to unlock the door haha it’s really funny you had to be here!! After looking at it closely this is probably one of the easiest locks that we’ve ever had to use compared to these other ones that I bought. We’ve had it for about a week now and it’s the quietest as well as the easiest to use. Once we understood it and set the lock up I’m actually going to buy some more because it easier to do. I am ordering for all the other doors. Plus another advantage the other type we’ve had we have to pull on the handle to get it to catch and this was just fix so perfect. I was really shocked for the namebrand but it’s probably the best luck I’ve had! Great lock can’t wait to order my other ones!!!

Happy with the lock – I started to look for keyless lock after I was locked outside with keys in house and a friend who came to help suggest me to do so.

As described – Product came nicely packaged with several of the very important papers right on top so they were not missed in the packaging. Product comes with front key pad enter with deadbolt key access, back panel with lock / unlock plate, metal panel to place on door, deadbolt piece, 2 keys, other screws and pieces needed for installation. My package included a quick set up instruction sheet, paper template to measure layout on door, installation guide / programming instructions, and a card to active the product’s warranty and access installation video. This made it super easy to find instructions on how to set up and change codes. It was a little tricky at first to change and add codes, but they have a very friendly and easy to follow video online showing the process that was very helpful and went through how to change all the settings. The lock pad does take quite a long break in between used code punch ins – so I can see this being frustrating if you miss type a code, you’ll have to wait to re-enter. Love the lock feature – it allows you to be able to hold down any number button for a few seconds to lock the door and offers an automatic lock option to have the door lock itself in about 30 seconds after unlocking. Overall happy with quality of product itself though, product arrived as pictured – I purchased the silver version.
