Extremely Surpised – When I bought these for some additional light around my landscaping I thought “meh for the price they should be ok”. Let me tell you this. They are more than just ok. I purchased these lights in April 2021 and they are still going strong. They survived several deluges of rain (I have them pointed up almost vertically), 2 long hot Texas summers and a few hard freezes. These are some awesome lights especially given the price point. The best $20 I’ve spent on something in a while. (The picture shows the lights at the lowest setting)

After 1 year: – One light is dead the other is still functioning. Nice and bright — good for ambiance less so than security. Simple and easy to install and move. Push button toggles between modes.

Brightness – I bought this for a lazy way to decorate for Christmas I was going to do one side of my home green and the other side red. Well, if you have a larger home this is not going to work out. The pictures show larger homes so I don’t know what’s wrong. Both lights are in full sun, so it should be fully charged. In order for me to shine on the 1st and 2nd story of my house, you have to back it up quite a bit and you can barely see the green color (15 ft from my home and it really needs to be further than that) . The Green is one of the brighter colors that you can see though. The other side, I wanted to use red but the red does not show up at all and you can’t even see it. The only way you could see it is if it was 2 or 3 ft from the home which just puts a red blob on home lol… Maybe I need to buy more? Side note, we live in the woods, there are no houses around, no street lights or any other type of lights you. If I didn’t have the lights on in my house you would never know there was a home there… so that’s how dark it is. You would think the green and red would show up.

Set them once and they come on the same way the next night and stay on most of the night! The picture shows my house with the 6 light set with no wires!
