Extremely comfortable and block out noise well – I’ve been using foam earplugs for years to help me sleep better. Often times my ear canal would ache after using them. I’d have to squish the earplug and then shove it deep in my ear canal (not good or safe) to get them to stay. They blocked out noise and helped me sleep so I felt they were worth the inconvenience of the pain they caused. Well, a while back I started seeing people recommending Loop earplugs. I also suffer from frequent headaches and migraines and can get severe noise sensitivity. We went to a trivia night the day after coming off of a 4 day migraine. I thought I was going to lose it from all of the noise. So I decided to then and there order these earplugs. I do realize these are the ones for sleep and not for medium noise cancellation. However, since I get severe noise sensitivity, I thought these might be best as they had the highest decibel reduction.

Pretty good, but could be better – I have a lot of sensory issues when it comes to sleeping, and one of those is hearing things while sleeping and waking up and not being able to go back to sleep. I’ve worn ear plugs to sleep for a while now, and I was tired of losing mine, I would buy a tub of them and they’d get worn out or lost so I wanted something a little better, something I could use consistently and not lose.

My partner breathes loud/snores at times and this seems to block that out. It blocks out the background noise of a tv in another room or a cell phone on loud in another room. I have small ears so I wouldn’t say they are 100% comfortable but they are comfortable enough to keep in all night and not remove in my sleep due to soreness. I like to attend music festivals so I think these will come in handy for sleeping in a noisy campground or hotel. They pretty much feel like wireless ear buds without music to me. You can still hear some noise (for example, I can hear my sound machine a bit with these in). But it cancels out a lot.
