Exactly what I Needed – Let me preface this by saying that I work a 9-5 desk job. If I’m not walking around the shop looking for people, paperwork or keys, I’m at my computer typing away. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and the left one is just slightly worse than the right. So I bought this on the recommendation of my mother who swears by this brand (she has arthritis and carpal tunnel) and I couldn’t have made a better decision.

Runs small – My wrist is 7″ exactly and the velcro straps barely reach to secure it, especially on the forearm end. They should consider adding 1-2 inches to the straps. I am making it work but it is tighter than I’d like. If you have a 7″ or larger wrist, consider going with the large instead. It says it’s returnable or exchangeable and I was going to exchange it for the large, but then I read the fine print and that only applies if it’s damaged, so don’t think you’ll be able to exchange it.

I’ve struggled with comfort in wrist braces for a long time since I have dysgraphia and carpal tunnel and probably arthritis now but I could not live without these braces. It has 2 wide adjustable Velcro straps, one below my wrist and one at the base of my palm. There are 2 firm supports, one curved to fit from my wrist to the center of my palm and the other a gentle curve over the top of my wrist, starting from the side of my wrist, curving over the center of my wrist, ending near my thumb. The cushioning is perfect and the stretchy fabric is very breathable. I feel no pinching, no pain, like I have experienced with other wrist braces. I have hand-washed it and let it drip dry. This wrist brace is the best!
