Tech Support is non-existing – TLDR: I like it and will be keeping the Thermostat, BUT you may want to hire someone to install it. I ran into issues with my installation. Contacted Tech Support 2 times and i’ve yet to hear back from them.

upgraded from the 4 – so we did it again. the $160 ain’t cheap but i wanted consistency with the user interface on our existing premium. both replaced the “4” which worked fine. the style on the enhanced is not as refined as the premie but we’ll take it as, it’s parked on another floor, which is an alternate area for us.

Installation was super easy, with the App guiding me through everything from mounting to wiring. When I discovered 2 wires which more or less appeared to do the same thing, I reached out to their support group via phone. The queue was busy, but it allowed me to request a call back without losing my place in line (I love that BTW). When the agent called me back, she wasn’t exactly sure of the right answer, so she sent me an email which allowed me to reply with pictures of both the thermostat wiring and furnace wiring. She then consulted with in-house experts and provided me with the correct answer (which I had correctly guessed, but was nice to have expert confirmation).
