Stopped Working but Seller was Helpful – I bought these before Halloween, and just began installing them yesterday. I spent hours setting them up just right, and was pleased with the result. However, this afternoon, they stopped working. I figured out that it was due to a faulty control box. I’m going to reach out to the company & will update this review accordingly.

Overall good purchase. – I don’t know the correct means to contact the manufacturer so I will leave this here as others may have this issue. Every day I have to unplug and re plug in all the lights if I want them to work. They have zero response to the remote and once I unplug them and plug them back in they immediately turn on. I turn them off with the remote every night.

Great light strip although a bit sensitive to damage during install – My set of two light strips both arrived working but during the adhesion process as I was turning a 90⁰ angle one of the color channels (blue) broke on the last 6 feet or so. Since I usually fade full color it doesn’t bother me much but it could have been a problem if I had some specific use in mind. For me these strips are primarily for ambient room lighting (with a few pieces of furniture that i used the strips to create indirect accent lighting with as I went by) so the color control isn’t a big concern. The remote is a sort of standard for these rolled light strips, a fairly cheap but sturdy infrared TV remote. The Android app works quite well too. Aside from the unexpected circuit fragility this strip should last years with no further issues
