      Good for sharp slicers – I bought these to protect my hands while using my mandoline and electric slicer. I especially like the protection when handling the razor-sharp slicer blade. The gloves are a little hard to clean, so I sometimes wear thin nylon foodservice gloves on top of them to prevent stains. Very satisfied.

I Have worn cut gloves for years but for some reason these just feel weird on me. Don’t feel bad but they feel weird, which makes knife work sloppy because you just dont trust your grip.

      Good for wood carvers – These gloves fit my hand better than other purpose made carving glove. With a bock of wood in the glove, I ran a sharp knife on the glove, the glove held up and was not visibly damaged. I feel confident that if I slipped with a gouge or knife that the glove will protect my hand. (Not including small pointed tips as they would likely part the glove material. )

      Expensive but good hand protection – I use these gloves for yard work, they work protect your hands better than the leather or material gloves. After that they come broken in they become very flexible and less awkward to use.

Maybe after 8 days of use the small holes started to appear in the index fingertip. I don’t think that I’m extremely hard on them. It’s not like I was close to chopping my finger all of the time in order to wear a hole in them. I just don’t think they held up well enough for the price.

      Pretty good – They are comfortable and the do stop you from getting cuts on your hands but my son tested a razor knife on one of the finger ones and he was able to cut it a little . He did have it on wood when he tried it so that may have been why he was able to cut it but they do protect better than regular gloves
