Veery good product – It is very rare that I would give something 5 stars but these brushes are not only worth the price but excellent brushes in all ways. I have a variety of brushes on hand costing as much as $100 and I would rate these just as good. One thing that impressed me most, was the ease of cleaning. Can’t remember when when I found a brush so easy to clean. These are a definite “buy”.

Great value paint brush set! – I got these brushes when I was restraining my wood garage door. I used the brushes to apply a water based protective coating ( I live in CA, so only waster based coatings are allowed, no VOCs). They worked well enough, during the application a few brush hairs came off, but it didn’t affect the overall finish. I liked these brush for the value.

Contractor approved – These are by far my favorite paintbrushes. I own a general contracting company, we do a lot of large, higher end remodels which of course includes a lot of painting. I’ve tried every paint brush on the market, from the cheapest brushes to the most expensive, and for your average job these are the best bang for your dollar. I have some old school “master” painters who work for me who still swear by their lovingly taken care of high end brushes and I won’t deny that those brushes can do great things in talented hands but for my basic laborers or a homeowner these cheap ones can’t be beat. They work as well or better than ANYTHING you can pick up at Home Depot or sherwin Williams and at $2 a brush it’s not the end of the world if my guys forget to clean them. I can’t find brushes that work as well for this price even at bulk contractor stores. They hold a lot of paint, don’t shed and clean up easily. My second favorite batch of brushes are the Amazon brand ones, again for the price and quality, they can’t be beat and your not stuck paying $10-20 a brush at your local hardware store.
