Good for around the yard – I use them for mowing and running the chainsaw. They work just fine for what I need them for.

Good for naps/screaming kids/studying – I bought these to wear in the car when my daughter is screaming her head off in her car seat. It kinda doesn’t work if you wear glasses as the frames of the glasses will allow a space between the ear phones and your head… so just a thought if you are wearing glasses. These are really good if you need to study or rest or if you have screaming kids and just want to turn down the noise in the room…

Very nice – Everyone is different, choices and opinions. I don’t Iike anything going into my ear canals. It’s uncomfortable feeling to me. Tried to use several variations but not much luck. They either bothered me, by making my ears hurt or sore. Had a foam one fall out and didn’t realize it till firing on the range began. So ” muff ” styles are right for me and this product has worked great. Nice amount of adjustability and they fit just fine. No problem with noise. No pinching on the ears. Very compact when folded up for storage. Headband well padded, not digging into your scalp, on a hot sweaty summer day. Very nice. Decent price. Recommended.

Cancels most noise – terrific for price – great value – These significantly muffle sound, which was needed. Doesn’t cancel out all the noise, but enough to make sound quite dull. You can still speak and hear others if you want to talk up close. A bit tight, as prior reviews indicated, but you get used to it.

Surprise inside – These are very comfortable. They were packaged in a ripped up box, but the headphones themselves were fine. There was another small box inside, marked “Smith and Wesson”. I opened it and there was a pocket knife, I was definitely not expecting that! I’m so glad my kids didn’t open this first. I have no idea if all the headphones come with a knife or if this was just an oops.
