      Works for me – Ice has this well over 90s days on my second filter and so far so good. Water taste cleaner. I’m do have a test strip but I know it is better than my faucet water.

      rubber ring or gasket – I have used for several years but replacements do not have a rubber ring or gasket to keep water from bypassing unit. one time a ring came with and water moved perfectly. WHY???
