Good product and works – I have a dark gray rug and had a few coffee spots on it, afraid to use this because of scare of discoloration. Since I couldn’t get the spots cleaned, decided to give this a try and it worked! Did not have any discoloration and the spots are long gone. Will recommend.

Good product but one of the two that I ordered had leaked about half of the bottle – Product is normal resolve so it works very well. However, I ordered 2 bottles and when they arrived, the box was wet and sudsy. I figured because it was a liquid product that they would have done something to minimize that risk. They did not. They were in a standard Amazon box with a few of the air filled plastic bubbles and nothing else. The one top had started to unscrew and let liquid leak out. By the time I had opened the box, one of the bottles so about halfway empty and the screw cap/ handle was almost completely screwed off. I wish they would have taped or wrapped the top to prevent this.

This stuff rocks!! – I have an elder cat who unfortunately misses the litter box and have stints of loose stool due to his hyperthyroidism (on medication). This stuff rips stains clean off! I do use a carpet cleaner machine, but still does the trick with some elbow grease.

Works like magic! – Sometimes I make dumb choices. I bought a house with light carpet in the basement, even though I have kids. And I bought a light colored rug for my classroom filled with kids. So I’ve ended up with some carpet stains in my life. But this stuff gets it right out. Takes a little scrubbing and occasionally a second application, but it’s taken out nearly everything (I think some oil based paint was the only thing that stuck around – all other paint, markers, spilled drinks, and dirty footprints all came out!)
