Ease of use, very light. Only thing is that you have to press the lever constantly to make it work. – Like the convenience. Don’t like having to manually hold lever down. I have arthritis in my hands. Otherwise it’s perfect!!

Not only was the overall cost-per-pad less than the ones I was buying in 10pk boxes at a local store, but it’s nice to have a nice big stash of them. For whatever reason, even though several stores in the mid-sized city I live in are still selling the Shark vac-mop, none of them are currently carrying the replacement pads. How lame is THAT?!? So, after too many stops while out shopping and coming home with no refill pads… I just hopped onto Amazon and purchased these. They arrived on time, in brand new condition, and fit/work just the same as the others. Not happy with the package – Picture shows 3 boxes. They came in 3 cheap clear bags . Would have paid 2.00 more at Walmart to have gotten the boxes . Easier to store in cabinet

Awesome Product – For an everyday quick Clean up this product is great. We have 9 dogs and it never falls short of picking up the mess the dogs leave behind. I would highly recommend using these pads!

Damaged – Received my package, opened it, went to work (where I use them) and they were all damaged. I made it work as I had no backup but it was mot easy. Very upset with the amount of money I spent on them and especially how long I had to wait for shipping & delivery. !! Very upset customer
