Great lil light…. – I was pleasantly surprised of the build quality of this light. It’s brighter than I expected it to be. Don’t even notice it’s in my pocket. Only thing I don’t like is that I didn’t buy two (on cyber Monday)!!!

It’s bright but the switch is really stiff – I was planning to gift this to my grandpa so he could carry a flashlight in his shirt pocket. It is sleek and it will fit alongside the pens, but WOW you really have to mash the switch hard to get it to latch. I’m glad I tested it first. There’s no way his arthritic fingers could handle that.

DEPENDABILITY & CONVENIENCE – This little flashlight (torch) is built with the usual Streamlight dependability & resilience that I’ve experienced in every model of theirs I’ve owned. While I usually would have selected black for its colour, it was available at the time only in blue; it’s a gorgeous blue though, & I don’t regret the limited choice.

I miss it! – I found a flashlight in my jeep that was out in the elements for at least two months since I was last in it. When I clicked it on it worked great. Turns out it was my son’s and he had been missing it since we were out in the jeep. He said he loved it. So I bought one. It works great…wherever it is. Noe I’ve lost mine. I miss it. I carried it everywhere. It was small and bright. For perfectly into a front pocket with a clip to keep it at the ready. I think I’ll go look for it in the last place I had it. It’s gotta be there.

I was a bit skeptical about the raves the brand receives, but since it was on a holiday special (yearly it seems), I decided to take a chance. I am using rechargeable Eneloops (IKEA branded) in it and find the output appears the same as alkalines, without the usual worry of leaking electrolyte. In my use of several times a week, mostly at work to peer inside instruments as well as tinkering at home, the light continues to impress. Nothing fancy about it, but I understand why the brand gets such fans.

Incredibly handy – At first glance this light didn’t make a lot of sense but I thought what the hell, I can stick it in the corner of my bag and as a 90 degree I could hit it when I needed a bit of light without removing it from the bag.
