The 6 all had readings within one degree of one another – These are small, so you can easily hide them out of sight, if you wish. The humidity readout is large and you can read it from a distance. The temperature display is smaller. I like the accuracy of the readings as this is important to me from room to room and upstairs or down.

Passes the NaCl calibration test at 74%, so I am pleased since 75% is the goal calibration. – Got these to monitor my humidity in my house. I am concerned my humidity reading on my ecobee thermostat is off somewhat. Since I cannot calibrate my thermostat using a NaCl calibration, I needed to find a cheap accurate humidistat to compare to my ecobee thermostat reading. The ecobee has a temperature and humidity reading adjustment so I can realign the numbers to more accurately measure my house humidity level.

But it’s really a hydrometer, thermometer. Why is this important? Because if you want to see the thermometer, it’s the tiny reading in the upper right-hand corner. On the plus side, they seem to be accurate out of the box as they all read about the same. We’ll see how long they last as there was no on/off switch, so who knows how long they’ve been “on”. I wouldn’t buy again as i really wanted it for the therm reading. BUT, if they last a long time, i guess i’ll be happy enough, but it’s too soon for me to tell the battery life.

When I had these all together in a group, they all displayed the exact same values on the nice, easy to see readout, which I believe shows that at least they’re calibrated similarly. Hopefully they’re correct, I haven’t independently verified the accuracy of the %, but my seat of the pants calibration based on decades of experience tells me that the readings are close enough for what I’m using it for.
