Great Value and Size – Great value for money, fits well into a pocket along with keys.

Night Shift Nurses – This is a game changer for nightshift nurses. I bought it to check pupils on q2hr neuro exams but it’s so much more handy. Do you have a grumpy patient you really don’t want to wake? This flashlight is surprisingly bright but keeps the light contained to not disturb the confused delirious or PITA (Pain In The Ass) who forgets hospitals are 24hr care. Does your patient have R radial cath site? A line? Bilateral groin sites? I find this light shows ecchymosis much easier than in regular light especially if the patient has a tan jaundiced or olive skin tone. It’s about the size of a quarter, lightweight and hangs directly off my badge for easy access!

Very nice bright light – My review here is primarily going to focus on the brightness since I haven’t had them long enough to fully comment on battery life or durability. I have to say that I was very surprised and impressed at how bright these actually are. I’ve had other keychain lights in the past but this one far exceeds any of those. Super bright for its size. You won’t be disappointed there. Regarding durability, it seems just as well built as any others I’ve had in the past. Never had any trouble there but only time will show that. As with durability, only time will tell how long the battery lasts. I don’t use it often so I’m expecting the battery to last quite a long time.
