safe and secure – This was easy to install. It is sturdy and helped me get out of the tub safely the first night. It is made of metal and has the pads to protect the tub. I highly recommend this to others.

Pretty sturdy – I purchased this product for more stability for my mom to get into and out of the tub. It is very solid and provides a good grip. The one drawback that I have is that it does not grip the tub as well as I would like it. I have tightened the knob as tight as it will go, and the bar is still not as secure as I think it should be. Nonetheless, as long as you don’t rock it back and forth it works well.

However, if you have sliding glass shower doors, as we do, it’s hard to position so that there is adequate room to get in and out of the tub between the doors and the rail. Nevertheless, it is very helpful and we will keep using it.

Worked great! I brought a second one. – This product is easy to install and is very sturdy. After installing one and having my 91 year old mother step into the tub I thought would really work well. Like a ladder to get in and out of a pool. Worked great!

Just got tired of trying to clean the glass and tracks and went with a shower curtain instead. Thats when we found out my daughter had relied on balancing herself with the door all these years. This is easy to install, can be adjusted to where you want it on the tub and does not make your bathroom look like a rehab.

That said, it will loosen over time so remember to check it each time BEFORE you use it. It is very easy to retighten – just turn the large knob.
