Very useful – We like these in our kitchen for when we are preparing food and need a place to put our phone. It’s great for when we are using the phone for recipes and need to get it up and out of the way of the counter space we are preparing the food on. I also like how you can plug multiple things in like crockpots, blenders, food processor etc all in one area and all the plugs are up on the wall and out of the way. Just be careful to not have too many things that need a lot of electrical power all plugged in and going at once. We had the toaster oven plugged in and the plug was very warm in the outlet. I know it’s better to plug those types of items straight into the outlet and not an extension anyway (my teen had it plugged in).
