These are great heaters – These are great heaters. The paint and color on the Havana Bronze very nice, but I purchased 3 heaters in Havana Bronze and Amazon shipped me only one Havana Bronze and 2 black which I was not happy about. Unfortunately I was not able to send them back because I need them right away. Also the paint on the black isn’t nearly as nice as the Havana Bronze. But over all the heaters work great, they give of a lot of heat reached farther than expected, we’re easy to assemble and all of them started up with ease.

Great heat! – The product arrived on-time. There were several boxes inside of the main box to house and protect all the parts. All parts and tools were included to assemble. I pulled off all of the plastic coating protecting the metal while my husband assembled. We had it done in 30 mins. We hooked up the propane and it started easily. It gave out plenty of heat to sit and enjoy our patio table. I read several reviews which said to cut the pipe in order to bring the heating element closer so that more heat can be enjoyed while seated. My husband, who is bald, said that if we did that, it would burn the top of his head.

Not just a cheap heater, trumps Mainstays(Chant) – The assembly was simple, easy, the parts have some weight to it, the screws are numerous, big and strong. It comes with a wrench.

Good solid heat source – It puts out heat in the immediate area but you do have to be standing to feel the full heat if it’s cold or windy. Without wind and while sitting you can feel the heat. I do not think this is a defect with this model but the style in general. I know some people have reported shortening the length of the pole with success and I might consider this in the future. I’ve left it outside this fall after purchasing late summer. We’ve had a lot of wind up to 25mph and it hasn’t been in danger of tipping over.

Love this heater. Our “new” 1918 Federal Farmhouse has an awesome front porch … – Our “new” 1918 Federal Farmhouse has an awesome front porch. We’ve been on it almost every night. As things have cooled here in CT, I wanted a portable heater that could extend our porch season. After trying a 1500w electric heater, we realized we needed much more. This patio heater did the trick. While my wife isn’t thrilled with the “look”, she is very happy with the heat. The only downsides have been: 1) Assembly – not too bad except the blue film put on the stainless shade for protection. I think it took me longer to peel all of it off (both sides of several pieces), than it took to build the heater; 2) it does go through the propane. The 1st 20lb tank lasted for about 5 evenings. Probably about 20 hours, so plan to have a spare tank ready to go.

easy to assemble – I don’t write reviews. But decided to because this product exceeded my expectations. It was unbelievably easy to assemble. All parts were clearly marked. Because it was so simple to assemble I just knew it would not start. On the first attempt it started right up. Unbelievable. The heat output was amazing. If I had one thing negative to say was that it is very tall. I am fortunate because my patio has a very high ceiling. Hopefully, this product will last – time will tell.

Nice, Strong, Super Easy to assemble – These are very nice patio heaters, very easy to assemble, the only thing you have to be aware is the gas regulator valve, bought 4 and 2 of them had a defective leaking valve, which I replaced instead of returning the heater as these valves are extremely cheap like less than 3 dlls a piece, so, insted of reboxing and move back blah blah blah, just replaced it…. other than that, heating area it’s just great and these are tall, strong and have a platic base to fill with water so it get to be more stable… make 1000% sure you remove all plastic films before assembing the top, it can be a pain… cheers!

Great for chilly days and nights outdoors. – Needed something for a celebration that was outdoors. It was supposed to be rainy and cold. I found this one on sale the event was in 2 days so I hurried to purchase and it arrived the day before. We put it together at the park and it helped so much to keep everyone warm. It was easy to essemble. You have to buy or use a propane tank like the ones for a gas grill. It is not included. The guests enjoyed it very much. It heated up half of the large pavilion.
