great! – I got this to replace my almost 15 year old Furnan power conditioner that started to make loud fan noises. this works great. call foot print. However the green LED lights on it are very bright with no known way to turn them off. I had to cover them with duct tape.

My only minor concern is that the powerstrip does have a green led that lights it up.
