Great Product and Even Better Customer Support! – This BN-Link Outdoor timer functions exactly as advertised, is extremely easy to set up and can be used for a multitude of purposes. I liked the first one that we’d ordered so much that I soon purchased another. There was a very minor issue with the second unit and, unlike many companies, the resolution process was immediate and most satisfactory. The Customer Support rep, Steven, shipped out a replacement unit at no cost and, better yet, didn’t require me to return the damaged timer, saving me a trip to the post office. I would recommend the timer with complete confidence to anyone!

Sturdy timer – Definitely a sturdy timer. Plenty of plug in to run all myChristmas lights. I like the features of being able to have it constantly on or switch it over to timer. The only down side it trying to get the door closed once everything is plugged in. Just a minor inconvenience but nothing that would make me not buy another one.

Great outdoor timer – Works great, like the option for 15 minute timer, however the pins are small for my fat fingers, had to use finger nails to press down. Rained several times since using and works like a charm. The 6 ft cord is a big +, my old one only had a 1 ft cord.

Defective dial – I bought this off season last year in preparation for this year’s holiday. I was excited to use it. Instructions are easy to follow. Accommodates 6 plugs. However, it is difficult to close when more plugs are used. Need more room for bigger plugs. Biggest frustration is the dial is defective. I have to keep setting it to the right time daily so that it turns on when I want it on. I bought it to relieve me of having to keep turning it on and off everyday, but due to its defective dial, I have to keep setting the actual time everyday.

Pretty Good Except the Instructions – The Box is sturdy plastic and big enough for outside plugs. It has a nice positioned screw hole to allow us to install it on our porch post rather that in the ground. Easy access door covering the plugs and hopefully, so far, protecting it from the weather. Nice override feature that is clearly marked.
