overpriced – The product is decent, but over priced. Comparable competitors’ products are at least 50% cheaper. I knew this when I bought it, but I thought the aesthetic quality of a Delonghi product would be worth it in the end. It was not. The Delonghi trademark on the side of the cup looks really bad, as though from a cheap computer printer.

Initial reaction completely positive. Perfect for single 12 oz cafe latte – I have a high-end La Spaziale espresso machine and typically make 2 lattes at a time using a 20 oz milk pitcher. Making one at a time in the large pitcher is difficult because the steam wand is just too powerful for the shallower serving of milk, either cow’s milk or oat. This 12 oz pitcher solves that problem perfectly. Now a 6 oz pour of milk steams and froths properly, and is perfect for a single latte or when I am making two but one person wants oat milk. I like the spout shape, too; easy and controlled pouring. Assuming it lasts, I don’t mind paying more for this seemingly well made in Italy product.
