Is your toilet running intermittently? – One of our toilets has had Fluidmaster guts in it for at least 10 years with no issues. More recently we’d hear the toilet running for a few seconds in the middle of the night. Upon inspection the old flapper was petrified (hard as a rock). This new one was a direct snap-in replacement. It only takes a minute to install and the toilet is back to perfect working order.
