The best for lowvoltage tech – I have used these for over 10 years now. I am a low voltage controls technician and these have been the single most important tool for me when it comes to speeding up my work. The ability to strip multiple wires at the same time was a game changer for me. Not to mention the ability to strip the sheath off of multi wire bundles.

Big Fan. Quicker and Easier. – I hesitated, then pulled the trigger on this and now I’m a fan.

they work – they work as advertised. How nice for a change. the only consideration is the maximum thickness of the stripper just barely allowed for stripping a heavily insulated power tool cord… barely fit, but it did fit. I doubt is will run into any thicker cord in the future.

Didn’t work for me – 14/2 cables I use from Home Depot couldn’t be easily stripped. Decided to buy some manual stripper… wow how easy it was compared to this stuff. Returned.

Very easy to use, can use on wirs range from 10 -20 g – Good product for stripping electrical wire, one tool for variety of wire gauge from 10- 20. Little bit bulky when strip wire in tied space. Any thing less than 20 gauge you will need another tool.

Don’t wire a home without it. – I’ve used mine for a dozen years on miles of Romex, and if I ever lose it and have a residential wiring job to do, I would not wait for a sale to replace it. It’s just part of my kit, period. This is a deal, from all I’ve seen.

Best wire strippers I’ve ever used! – They’ll strip wire all day, no problem. They’re super quick, easy to use, and just a good tool. I love that they also have a built in crimper. I did break a pair by stripping wire that was too big for these though, had to buy a new pair. They stopped gripping wires consistently and would sometimes just slide off instead of stripping. Still giving it 5 stars though as that was my fault and the new pair is holding up really well!

Best Wire Strippers I’ve Tried – So far, these are the best I’ve tried. The adjustment dial that sets how hard the jaws bite is very helpful for fragile wires. I have tried 18/8 thermostat wire and CAT 5E wire, and the tool did not damage the wires when stripping the jacket. Not even a little. For super thin wire used in precision electronics, you still might need a stripper that is sized for those tiny gauges, but I haven’t tried those yet. So far no problems.
