This flashlight is the long-lasting version of those small hand-helds – Small to tiny hand-held LED flashlights are all the rage right now. Unfortunately the batteries on those flashlights lose their charge really fast. It may be okay since they’re all rechargeable, but I prefer the general utilitarian service life of old Ray-O-Vac zinc/carbon batteries in the flashlights of yesteryear.

Rugged and bright – This flashlight exceeded my expectations in workmanship and performance. The metal casing is crafted to give the user a secure grip with some heft and is going to last a long time. Two lithium-ion batteries provide the power and are rated to last 4 or more hours in continuous use. Battery life indicator lights give you an idea of how much charge remains.

Part time product – This is the 2nd product purchased. After several months, the product (both purchased) stopped taking a charge or there was a short in the product somewhere. So they stopped working. So you would sit there clicking away to turn it on and it wouldn’t turn the light on. We liked the multi-features they had but once it reached a certain time frame it just stopped functioning.

Seems nice – Okay, first thing first it came in a white box that said, “made in China”. Everyone knows the Chinese CCP puts out garbage but I’m willing to try. Amazon does need to inform on the site when something is “Chinese made” they don’t make quality stuff. Now, it does have a bright light and feels well made. No instructions inside white box. It says nothing about how to turn on the side lantern. Therefore honestly I hope it last since it’s made in China. To turn on the lantern you have to push the main button twice fast, then it shifts over. So far so good but I’m leaving off a star due to not knowing it was Chinese made. It’s needs to be stated on the first line of the sale. I do not support the CCP or Russia. Other than that it appears quality, time will tell. Update…. The flashlight it’s very, very good quality it’s been many month now. It’s super bright and super quality! It’s been dropped and is held up to everything!

Very handy when my car broke down at night – My car broke down in the middle of the night on a busy unlit highway. Luckily I had the light which can be used as an emergency flare. Highly recommended!
